Introduction:
Liu Tianli, Ph.D., is an associate professor and doctoral students advisor at the Institute of Population Research, Peking University. Her research work comprehensively applies the research methods of psychology, medicine, and social sciences to conduct interdisciplinary research on population mental health. Currently she is interested in investigating fertility psychology and reproductive behaviors among young Chinese people using community surveys and social media big data analysis methods. She is the principal investigator of projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation; she participated in the 973 project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as the Sino Canadian cooperation project jointly funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Institutes of Health of Canada. She has published over 50 scientific papers.
